If you need a cell - The Efest 20700 at 3000 mAh and 30A continuous. Check your device manual first: it specifies the cell size and the minimum discharge rating, and that requirement comes before anything here.
If you have one mod and a spare cell - The Lush Q2. Two bays is enough to keep one charging while one is in use.
If you run a dual-battery mod - The Lush Q4. Charging a full pair together is what keeps matched cells matched, which is exactly what dual-battery mods need.

Match the cell to the device. Size and minimum amp rating are set by the manufacturer of your mod, not by preference.
Carry spares in a case. A loose cell against keys or coins can short.
Check the wrap before every charge. A torn wrap means the cell is retired or re-wrapped, never charged as-is.
Use a gentler charge rate where you can. It is easier on the cell and extends its service life. Reserve the fastest setting for when you genuinely need the turnaround.
