You want a tight, cigarette-like draw - the 1.1 ohm GeekVape U pod is the highest resistance here and suits salt nicotine.
You want a little more vapour - the 0.7 ohm U pod opens the draw up while staying in mouth-to-lung territory.
You want fewer refills - the B60 Boost 2 pod holds 5mL, the largest in this range.
You would rather replace coils than pods - the H45 and B60 Boost 2 pods are empty and take a separate coil, so the pod body keeps going and only the coil is consumed.
GeekVape splits its pods into two types. A pod with a built-in coil is replaced whole once the flavour drops. An empty pod takes a separate replaceable coil, so you keep the pod and change only the coil - usually cheaper over time.
Resistance sets the draw. Higher resistances such as 1.1 ohm give a tight, cool mouth-to-lung draw suited to salt nicotine. Lower resistances open the airflow and produce more vapour.
GeekVape pods are device-specific and use a proprietary fit. They do not cross over to other brands, and a pod from one GeekVape family will not seat in another - match the pod to your device by name.

They are pods for two different devices and do not interchange. The U pod is stocked in 0.7 and 1.1 ohm; the Q pod is stocked in 2mL and 3mL capacities.
The H45 and B60 Boost 2 pods are empty pods that take a replaceable coil. The U and Q pods have the coil built in and are replaced as a unit.
A built-in-coil pod usually lasts one to two weeks. An empty pod lasts much longer because you replace only the coil - change the pod body when it discolours, leaks or the flavour will not come back with a fresh coil.
